Fancy That - It's the 4th of July

Hi everyone! Today we are celebrating the 4th of July here in the States. For me that means, sleeping in, playing in the backyard inflatable pool, and a yummy BBQ at Grandma's house with the traditional late night fireworks. Sounds like a lot of FUN, huh? It will be a busy day though, but I am so grateful for it!!! Grateful for the men and women who have made this a holiday. Grateful for those who have sacrificed to help others be free. It is amazing to me that we are so blessed to have freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and freedom to live our lives in the way that makes each one of us happy. And so on this day, and every other day, I say "Thank you" to the men and women out sacrificing their time and maybe even their lives for the good of all mankind.

Here is some great inspiration for you in scrapping the pictures you'll take today or ones that you have already that you need to catch up on. This weeks featured layout "4th of July 07" by "ayaanjudah" aka Alisa. I love all the sparkle, and the simple design. I like layering the photo, and the stitches around the photo. Great page, Alisa.
